Not taking new clients, except for Postpartum related issues

I consider it a privilege to be invited into your healing process. I believe that we are always on a journey toward healing and that this path is not a linear one. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all modality of treatment, rather, I welcome your personal insights to guide your unique healing process. Many of us mistake our negative emotional experiences as “wrong” and overexert ourselves to avoid or “fix” these emotions through shame and self-deprecation. My goal is to assist my clients in learning from these unpleasant emotions by listening to their message. I welcome your spiritual beliefs and practices in whatever capacities you find most restoring, and I believe Jesus is the ultimate mentor for learning self-compassion. It has been through acceptance of my own pain that I have learned to be receptive to grace. My hope is that you will be open to cooperating with God’s will for your healing through His unconditional love.
